Thank you for booking your Vacation Rental!  Before your upcoming visit, we want to welcome you and ask that you please fill out the information in the form below. 

 

Our insurance company and the State of Florida mandate that we have this information on file. Florida Statutes 509.101 (2): It is the duty of each operator of a transient establishment to maintain at all times a register, signed by or for guests who occupy transient rental units within the establishment. Property will not be occupied by more than the number of people noted on the booking contract, at any one time; all  guests need to be listed on the form below. Our rentals are licensed under the Florida Hotel Statue and can not used as a permanent residence or permanent address. 

 

Our properties are protected by an Electronic Lock. To access our property, you will need to use the Access Code that we will provide to you before your arrival. Check in time is at 4 p.m. and check-out is  at 10 a.m. on the check-out date listed in the reservation.
